Refund Policy
At Slimming Studio, we are committed to providing professional treatments and services to all clients.
As treatment outcomes vary between individuals, results cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as age, metabolism, lifestyle, diet, exercise habits, hydration, medications, medical conditions, hormonal changes, and adherence to aftercare instructions may affect treatment outcomes.
For this reason, refunds will. not be provided for services that have already been performed. By booking and attending a treatment, clients acknowledge and accept that results may vary and that payment is for the treatment performed, not a guaranteed outcome.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Deposits
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments unless otherwise stated. Deposits are applied toward the cost of the booked treatment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the $30 deposit.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged the full cost of the booked service, less any deposit already paid.
For example:
- Service cost: $350
- Deposit paid: $30
- No-Show fee: $320
Where no deposit has been paid, the full service amount may be charged in accordance with the card details provided at the time of the booking.
As a small business, every appointment time is reserved especially for you. When appointments are missed without notice, it impacts not only our clinic and staff, but also other clients who may have been waiting for availability.
Where no deposit has been paid and no valid payment method is held on file, the missed appointment will be recorded on the client's account. Future bookings may require full prepayment or may incur an additional booking fee of up to $100 before services can be reserved.
We completely understand that life happens and emergencies arise. We simply ask that all clients take a moment to review our booking, cancellation and rescheduling policies when making appointments.
Our policies are provided throughout the booking process, including booking confirmations, reminder emails and appointment communications, to ensure transparency for all clients.
Promotional Pricing
Promotional, sale, introductory and special offer pricing applies only to the original appointment booked and attended. Missed appointments, late cancellations, rescheduled appointments or no-shows may result in the loss of promotional pricing and rebooking at the current standard treatment price.
